DIRECTION TO USE

Store the cake in an airtight cake box in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze in an airtight container up to 3 months. Defrost the day before at room temperature.

STORAGE INSTRUCTION

BEST BEFORE DATE

The date printed is valid if the cake is stored at room temperature (in an airtight container). It is best to eat the cake before the printed date. During this time, erythritol crystals may form, but they are still edible.

However, if fungal/mold is starting to appear, please discard the cake. The condition of the cake, and its shelf life may vary depending on humidity and storage conditions.

STORING IN REFRIGERATOR

Storing the cake in the refrigerator (4 °C to 10°C) may extend its shelf life, provided it is kept in an airtight container. If the cake is exposed to dry refrigeration, it may become dry and stale.

STORING IN FREEZER

This is the best way to make the cake last longer. Just put the cake in the freezer with the original wrapping and it will keep for up to 3 months.

If needed, cut the cake into small portions and package in individual airtight containers and place in the freezer. Remove and let cool on the table/countertop until it reaches room temperature, and enjoy!
